摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛β细胞分泌功能分级标准,对T2DM诊治提供科学依据。方法选择T2DM患者219例,对空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、胰岛素的峰值(P INS)及与基础值的比值(Ip/Io)、C-肽峰值(Pc-p)及与基础值的比值(Cp/Co)等指标进行整理分析,拟定T2DM患者胰岛β细胞分泌功能分级标准。结果依据P INS、Ip/Io、Pc-p及Cp/Co等多项指标,T2DM患者胰岛β细胞分泌功能可分为三级:Ⅰ级(轻度异常)、Ⅱ级(中度异常)、Ⅲ级(重度异常)。结论胰岛β细胞分泌功能分级对指导T2DM患者临床诊治具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。Objective To investigate functional classification criteria for 13 cell insulin secretion in the patients with type 2 diabetes （T2DM） so as to provide scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of T2DM. Methods From October 2009 to July 2012, 219 inpatients with T2DM in author＇s hospital were enrolled in this study. According to indicators of fasting blood glucose, HbAlc, the insulin peak and the ratio （it/the fasting insulin） i.e Ip/Io, the C-peptide peak and the ratio （it/the fasting C-peptide） i.e Cp/Co, authors tried to quantify functional classification for 13 cell insulin secretion in the patients with T2DM. Results The functional classification criteria for 13 cell insulin secretion could be as follows： class I （mildly impaired）, class 11 （moderately impaired）, class HI （severely impaired）. Conclusion To make a diagnosis and give treatment to T2DM based on the functional classification criteria for 13 cell insulin secretion has important theoretical significance and practical application value.
