摘 要:文章采用基于投入导向的DEA-Malmquist指数方法,计算出三大地区的全要素生产率变化、纯技术效率变化、技术进步变化和规模效率变化。结果表明:技术进步是东部地区全要素生产率的重要组成部分,但要素的过度集聚引起了规模效率的下降,而中西部地区的要素集聚促进了规模效应的提高。建议合理引导要素从过度集聚的东部地区向中西部地区流动,一方面促使东部地区要素得到合理利用,避免东部地区要素过度集聚引发的规模不经济,另一方面又促进中西部地区的规模效应得到进一步提高,促进经济增长,缩小地区经济差距。Using DEA-Malmquist index method based on the input orientation, the paper calculates the TFP change, pure techni- cal efficiency change, technological progress change and scale efficiency change of three major areas. The results show that the tech- nological progress is an important part of TFP in the eastern area, but the excessive factor agglomeration led to the decrease of the scale efficiency, while the factor agglomeration enhanced the scale efficiency in the middle and the western area. Suggestions are made to reasonably guide the factors to flow from excessive concentration of the eastern area to the middle and western areas, which on the one hand encourages the reasonable use of factors in the eastern area and avoids the scale non-economy caused by excessive factor ag- glomeration, and on the other hand, promotes the further increase of scale effect of the middle and western areas, promotes economic growth, and narrows the regional economic gap.
