宁夏承接中东部地区产业转移问题研究

摘　　要：宁夏地处西北内陆,区位条件、交通条件、经济区位均制约着整体经济发展。目前,宁夏加大与中东阿拉伯国家的经济交往力度,大力推进内陆向西开放。同时,我国面临产业结构升级和生产要素价格上涨背景下的产业从东部地区向中西部地区转移的趋势。宁夏紧跟中部崛起战略步伐,以"承接东部产业转移"为契机,加快地区产业结构升级。本文从宁夏承接产业转移的发展现状入手,总结归纳了宁夏现有的承接产业转移模式,分析了宁夏在承接产业转移过程中的薄弱环节,并提出了相关对策建议。Ningxia province is located in the inland of northwestern China, and the geographical conditions, traffic conditions and economic districts restrict its overall economic development. At present, Ningxia province has intensified the economic exchanges with the Arab countries located in the Middle and Eastern Asia, and has vigorously promoted the opening the inland to the west. At the same time, China is faced with the trend of industrial transfer from eastern areas to middle and Western areas against the background of industrial structure upgrading and manufactures factor prices rise. Keeping up with the pace of rise strategy of the middle areas in China, grasping the opportunity of undertaking the eastern industrial transfer, Ningxia is accelerating the regional industrial structure upgrade. The paper begins with the current development conditions of Ningxia＇s undertaking industrial transfer, summarizes the modes, analyzes the weak points in the process of Ningxia＇s undertaking industrial transfer and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
