摘　　要：实验教学是工科院校人才培养的一个重要环节。通过引入教师成功科研成果、精选综合设计性实验内容,并建立与之相适应的实验室管理与考核制度,充分调动了学生学习积极性,学生的动手能力和科研兴趣得到大幅度提高。Experimental teaching is an important session of personnel training plan in engineering colleges. By introducing teachers＇ achievement in scientific research into experimental teaching, selecting contents in integrated design experiment and establishing management and evaluation system of laboratory, the students＂ enthusiasm is aroused and their practical abilities are also highly improved.
