定时结合预约探视制度在NICU的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨定时结合预约探视制度在神经外科重症监护室(NICU)的应用效果。方法引入人文护理及个性化护理的理念,在常规定时探视的基础上,增加预约探视制度,包括制定探视细则,培训探视家属掌握穿脱隔离衣、外科洗手及听觉刺激、记忆诱导、肢体功能锻炼、疼痛刺激、按摩抚慰等康复技能。结果2012年353例患者及其家属1 029人参与此改进的探视制度。与2011年比较,NICU患者感染率由45.0%下降至22.9%,患者或家属对NICU护理工作的满意度从93.5%提高到98.1%。结论在NICU实施定时探视结合预约探视制度,可以明显提高NICU护理质量及患者、患者家属满意度,并且有利于患者病情恢复。Objective To investigate effects of regularly scheduled and appointment-based visitation applied in the neurological ICU （NICU）.Methods By focusing on the concept of humanistic care and person-centered care,based on the regularly scheduled visitation,we established appointment-based visitation system for family members of patients in a NICU：formulating regulations for visitation and providing training for family members in hand-washing,methods of putting on gowns and removing them,and in rehabilitation skills as auditory stimulation,memory induction,limb functional exercise,pain stimulation and massage,etc.Results Totally,353 patients and 1 029 family members participated in this trial in 2012.The infection rate of patients decreased from 45.0％ in 2011 to 22.9％ in 2012,and patient satisfaction increased from 93.5％ to 98.0％.Conclusion Implement of regularly scheduled and appointment-based visitation in the NICU can significantly improve nursing quality,increase patient satisfaction,and facilitate recovery of patients.
