摘　　要：目的探讨阶段性康复促进模式在妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者护理中的应用价值。方法将100例妇科恶性肿瘤患者按照入院时间分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用常规护理方法;观察组在此基础上采用阶段性康复促进模式护理,根据疾病治疗的不同阶段,将康复内容分为准备阶段、起始康复阶段及递进康复阶段执行。结果观察组术后恶心呕吐、腹胀、镇痛药物应用率显著低于对照组,肛门排气时间、首次下床时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论阶段性康复促进模式可减少妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后并发症,缩短术后康复时间,对机体恢复有积极意义。Objective To explore the value of stage based rehabilitation model applied to patients undergoing gynecological surgery for malignant tumor.Methods One hundred patients with gynecological malignant tumor were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 50 each.The control group received routine nursing care,while patients in the observation group were subjected to a stage-based rehabilitation program in which the rehabilitation contents were progressively implemented into 3 stages including preparation stage,initial recovery stage and progressive recovery stage.Results The incidence rates of nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,and analgesic use,as well as the mean time of anal gas passage and patient first getting out of bed in the observation group were significantly lower/earlier than those in the control group （P＜ 0.05,P＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Stagebased rehabilitation model can reduce complications in patients after gynecological surgery for malignant tumor,and shorten postoperative recovery time.
