清远地方名人数据库建设的构想与探索

摘　　要：清远市建设地方名人数据是必要的,也是可行的。清远地方名人数据库建设应当明确目标,坚持基本原则,注意个人隐私保护等各种容易出现的问题。Local celebrity can bring endless fortune to the construction of local culture and economic development. Based on the study of local celebrity databases which were set up by academic libraries and public libraries, the paper analyses the current situation of celebrity construction in Qingyuan, points out the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of Qingyuan local celebrity database, and presents the principles in the process of building the celebrity database. Finally, it declares several major issues that must be noted in the process of construction to give reference in the construction of Qingyuan local celebrity database.
