益肾解毒通络汤治疗消渴肾病脾肾阳虚挟瘀毒证临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨益肾解毒通络汤治疗消渴肾病脾肾阳虚挟瘀毒证的II告床疗效。方法：选取中医内科2009年1月~2012年12月期间诊治的80例消渴肾病脾肾阳虚挟瘀毒证患者为研究对象，采用自身对照法回顾性分析益肾解毒通络汤的效果。结果：治疗后患者空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖较治疗前均显著减低，t=2．813，2．324，P〈O．05，提示治疗前后比较存在显著差异性，益肾解毒通络汤能显著改善患者的糖代谢和蛋白尿指标，治疗前后神疲乏力、畏寒肢冷、腰膝酸软、面足水肿、夜尿频多及大便稀溏等中医症候变化明显。结论：益肾解毒通络汤治疗消渴肾病脾肾阳虚挟瘀毒证疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the Yishen Jiedu Tongluo decoction on treating diabetes nephropathy spleen deficiency and stasis toxic syndrome. Methods： 80 cases from January 2009 to December 2012 in TCM internal medicine were collected, using self-control method retrospective analysis of kidney JieDu TongLuo soup effect. Results： After treatment, fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose were significantly lower than before treatment, t=-2.813, 2.324, P〈0.05, before and after treatment there was a significant difference, Yishen Jiedu Tongluo decoction can significantly improve patient~ sugar metabolism and proteinuria indicators before and after treatment lassitude, aversion to cold, weak knees, face foot edema, nocturia and loose stool, etc. TCM symptoms changed significantly. Conclusion： The Yishen Jiedu Tongluo decoction is effective on treating diabetes nephropathy spleen deficiency and stasis toxic syndrome, worthy of a wide clinical application.
