摘　　要：高标准基本农田建设是"十二五"时期土地整治工作的主要任务,是促进现代农业发展、保障国家粮食安全的重大举措。本文结合天津市高标准基本农田建设工作开展情况,分析、归纳总结当前高标准基本农田建设过程中存在的问题,并提出一些改进建议。Well-facilitied capital farmland construction is the main responsibilities of the land consolidation in ＂the Twelve Five-year Program＂, the vital measures for modern agricultural development and assure national grain security. This paper combines the work about Well-facilitied capital farmland construction of Tianjin, puts forward suggestions as attaching the problems in well-facilitied capital farmland project constructing.
