摘 要:我国已经全面进入绿色建筑推行阶段,但绿色建筑物业管理却刚刚起步。分析绿色建筑物业管理现状及存在的问题,通过传统物业管理与绿色建筑物业管理的对比,梳理归纳了相关的内涵、理念、特点;提出了适用于绿色建筑物业管理的模式及我国现阶段推动绿色建筑物业管理的对策建议。Although China has entered the stage of implementation in terms of green building construction comprehensively, matched property management has just started. This paper analyzes the current management situation and existing problems of green building property management. By comparing the traditional and the green building property management, this paper concludes the relative connotation, idea, characteristics and patterns. Author establishes the patterns of property management which is suitable for green building in this paper. Also, the strategies and advices for promoting the current property management level of green building have been summed up .
