摘  要:本试验旨在研究植物提取物制剂对肉牛生产性能和肉品质的影响。试验选用10月龄体质健壮、体重相近肉公牛60头,随机分为2组,每组两个重复,每重复15头。研究结果表明,植物提取物制剂组显著提高肉牛日采食量8.45%(P〈0.05),显著提高肉牛日增重13.13%(P〈0.05),显著降低料肉比4.08%(P〈0.05);植物提取物制剂的肉色、大理石纹、瘦肉率显著好于对照组(P〈0.05),失水率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。本试验表明,在基础日粮中添加植物提取物制剂可以提高肉牛生产性能和改善肉品质。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of plant extract preparation on production performance and meat quality of beef cattle. 60 strong physique bulls with 10 months of age and similar weight of meat, were randomly divided into 2 groups, with two repeats in each group, 15 in each repeat. The results showed that the plant extract preparation significantly increased the beef cattle feed intake by 8.45% ( P 〈 0.05 ), significantly improve the beef cattle daily gain by 13.13% (P 〈 0.05 ), significantly decreased the ratio of feed and meat by 4.08% (P 〈 0.05 ) ; the meat, marbling, lean meat rate in plant extract preparation group were significantly better than the control group (P 〈 0.05 ), water loss rate was significantly lower than the control group (P 〈 0.05). The experiment showed that, adding plant extract preparation could improve the production performance and the quality of meat in the diet.
