珠三角新型城镇化建设与历史文物保护问题初探

摘　　要：历史文物保护为新型城镇化建设提供精神支柱、新的经济增长点,并服务于多样化特色新城镇建设,历史文物保护在新型城镇化建设中有着极其重要的战略意义。与此同时,新型城镇化建设也给历史文物保护带来了严峻挑战。应从文物安全、文物普查、文物利用、高科技保护以及依法严惩历史文物破坏行为等方面实现历史文物保护与新型城镇化建设的协调发展。Historical relic protection provides spiritual support for the new urbanization construction and the new economic growth point, and serves the new urbanization construction in diversity. Historical relic protection is of great strategic significance in the new urbani- zation construction. At the same time ,the new urbanization construction has also brought severe challenges to the protection of historical relics. We should realize the coordinated development of the construction of the historical relic protection and new urbanization con- struction from the following aspects ： the safety of the cultural relics, the survey of cultural relics, artifacts, high - tech protection and punishment of historical relic vandalism behavior.
