惠州市农村集体经济股份制改革的调查与分析

摘　　要：惠州市农村集体经济的股份制改革工作,同全国其它地方基本同步。惠州的改革有以下几个主要特点:一是主要以非土地集体资产为主,二是析产分权,三是集体资产使用权重归集体,四是政社合一,五是户口与财产权密切关联。农村集体经济的股份制改革是农村家庭联产承包责任制改革的继续与发展,因此应该有序推行。The joint-stock reform in rural collective economy in Huizhou is basically synchronous with the rest of the country, and it has such characteristics ：1 ）non-land collective assets,2）analysis of production decentralization,3 ）return of collective asset use right to the collective ,4）unity of government and community, and 5 ）accounts associated with property. The joint-stock reform of the rural collective economy is continuation and development of the reform in rural household contract responsibility system, and should therefore be orderly implemented.
