摘 要:利用前期研制的连续干式厌氧发酵系统,进行了发酵温度为55℃的连续干式厌氧发酵牛粪制沼气中试研究。水力停留时间为15 d时,在3.85 r·min-1连续搅拌,7.7 r·min-1连续搅拌和3.85 r·min-1间歇搅拌3种搅拌条件下,产气效果无明显差异,低速间歇搅拌方式能大幅降低搅拌能耗,更适用于干式厌氧发酵系统。水力停留时间为12 d,有机负荷为13.0 kg·m-3d-1时产气效果较佳,平均物料沼气产率为298 L·kg-1VS,平均甲烷体积分数为55.9%,平均有效容积产气率达3.89 m3·m-3d-1。能量衡算结果表明中试系统运行净能量收益较好,具有推广应用潜力。Pilot-scale experiment of continuous dry thermophilic anaerobic digestion of dairy manure was conducted in this study. No significant difference in gas production was observed among different mixing of 3.85 r min-1 continuously, 7.7 r min-1 continuously,and 3.85 r min-1 intermittently under retention time of 15d. The optimum gas production was ob- tained under hydraulic retention time of 12 days with organic loading rate of 13.0 kgVS m-3d-1, which the average bio- gas yield was 298 L . kg-lVS, methane content 55.9%, and volumetric biogas production 3.89 ms m-3d-1 The energy balance was analyzed based on the experiment result. It was showed that the engineering mold of continuous thermophilie dry anaerobic digestion system used in this study was simple, economical and efficient, and was feasible for agricultural waste treatment.
