摘 要:碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)技术被世界各国普遍认为是能有效实现CO2减排目标的技术,我国也在积极推动碳捕集、利用与封存试验示范项目。由于碳存储难度大、要求高,因此其存储地址的选择非常重要。目前由于技术水平限制,社会对碳存储选址的认识具有一定的不确定性,因此缺乏明确的存储地址选址标准。基于证据理论,着眼于碳存储地址的选择,落脚在不同存储地点的区别和比较,提出了碳存储选址的具体方法;利用数据模拟了三个存储地址选择的过程,证明所提方法的可行性。Carbon capture,utilization and storage (CCUS) technology was generally considered by the world to be the technology using wmcla carbon dioxide emission reduction targets could be effectively implemented. China was also actively promoting CCUS pilot demonstration projects. As the carbon storage was difficult and demanding, the current level due to technical limitations, the community awareness of the carbon storage site had some uncertainty, so the choice of storage address was very important. As to the lack of clear selection criteria for storage address, this paper proposed the specific method of carbon storage address selection, simulated the process of three storage address selection using data, and proved the feasibility of methods based on evidence theory and focusing on carbon storage address selection and comparison.
