摘　　要：摄像头的安装与使用在预防和打击违法犯罪,保障公民人身财产安全方面发挥着强大的作用,但是"铺天盖地"的摄像头也催生了许多的法律纠纷,如侵犯公民隐私权的情况频频出现。有鉴于此,摄像头的安装和使用亟待法律规制,否则其用途就有可能被异化。The camera installation and use in preventing and combating crimes, plays a powerful role m safeguarding citizen personal and property safety, but the ＂overwhelming＂ camera also spawned many legal disputes, such as the infringement of citizens＇ right of privacy situations frequently occur. In view of this, the installation of cameras and use to legal regulation, otherwise the application is likely to be alienation.
