小组动力理论在大学生党员教育管理中的应用

摘　　要：随着大学生党员人数不断增加,他们的教育管理也面临新的考验。小组动力理论是小组工作的核心理论,文章将小组工作方法引入大学生党员的教育管理中,从小组成员招募、介入方法、评估等方面进行应用实践,分析了可行性和存在困难,从而推动该方法在大学生党员教育管理中的应用。As more and more college students become members of the Communist Party of China, there are new chaLlenges for the education and management of these party members. As the core theory of group work, Group Dynamics Theory should be introduced in the education and management of college party members. The author analyses the feasibility and problems of member recruitment, intervention and evaluation. The analysis will promote the use of Group Dynamics Theory in the education and management of college party members.
