摘 要:用4种二酐与1种四胺单体聚合制备了4种超支化聚酰胺酸,特性粘度在0.15-0.95dl/g之间,具有良好的成膜性。酰亚胺化后得到4种超支化聚酰亚胺(HBPI),被用作液晶取向膜,具有良好的液晶取向性能,预倾角均在2°以上。紫外-可见光光谱表明HBPI薄膜具有良好的透光性,在400nm处透光率最低仍达90%以上。热重分析表明4种HBPI均具有良的热稳定性,T5最高可达362℃,T10都在390℃以上。玻璃化转变温度(Tg)均在175℃以上。In this study, 4 hyperbranched polyimides (HBPI) s with intrinsic viscosities in the range 0.15-0.95 dl g^-1 and good film forming properties were prepared using 4 anhydrides and 1 tetramine monomer, and then were applied as LC alignment layers. The results showed the HBPIs had excellent performance for LC alignment, and the pretilt angles were all above 2. UV-Vis spectra showed that HBPIs had excellent transmittance and the minimum transmittance in the 400nm was still more than 90%. The results of TGA showed that the HBPIs had good thermal stability, with T5 being as high as 362℃ and T10 390℃. The glass-transition temperatures (Ts) s of the HBPIs were all above 175℃.
