住院患者使用利奈唑胺注射液安全性的前瞻性研究

摘　　要：目的了解住院患者使用利奈唑胺注射液的不良反应(ADR)发生情况与类型。方法前瞻性观察2011-2012年56例住院患者使用利奈唑胺注射液后ADR的发生情况。结果共发生ADR 17例(30.3%);总ADR发生率与年龄、性别无关;ADR主要表现为血小板减少(47.2%),其次为腹泻、皮疹、精神异常(均为11.7%),罕见药物热、癫疒间、肝功能异常(均为5.9%)。结论利奈唑胺注射液使用期间,应密切监测其不良反应,及时进行相关实验室检查,以确保患者用药安全。Objective To explore the adverse reactions （ADR）of linezolid injection. Methods The ADR of 56 inpatients received linezolid injection in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were prospectively observed. Results There were 17 cases of ADR（34. 7% ）. The total ADR rates had no relation with age or sex. Clinical presentations of ADR mainly referred to thrombopenia （47.2 % ）, secondly for diarrhea, skin eruption, mental disorder （11.7 % respectively）, the drug fever, epilepsy and abnormal liver function counted for 5.9% respectively. Conclusion The ADR of linezolid injection should be monitored closely in clinic, and the laboratory tests should be done in time to make sure the drug safety for patients.
