基于AHP法的县级土地利用总体规划实施评价研究——以临川区为例

摘　　要：文章采用层次分析方法,并以江西省抚州市临川区为例,对《临川区土地利用总体规划(2006-2020)》于2006-2012年间的实施情况进行了综合评价。结果表明:临川区土地利用总体规划执行效果较好,各项指标任务的执行和完成与预期目标基本一致,土地利用的经济、社会和生态效益均有所提高。层次分析法能够很好地应用于土地利用总体规划的实施评价,并且可以根据评价的结果分析原因和存在问题。Based on the method of AHP, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the implementation of general land-use planning from 2006 to 2012 in Linehuan county, Jiangxi Province. The results show： the imple- mentation effect is good and consistent with the objective expected in this area; the land-use effect in economy, society and ecology is slightly increased. The study shows it is feasible and effective to evaluate the implementa- tion of general land use planning by means of AHP, and it is workable to analyze the reasons and existing prob- lems according to this evaluation result.
