摘  要:目的了解某农村县高中学生抑郁情绪的流行特征,并探讨抑郁的相关影响因素,为政府制定早期预防和健康促进策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对某县一中的872名高中学生,用青少年健康与行为问卷进行调查,包括行为与态度、性格与情绪、日常活动和健康行为等。结果高中生抑郁评分在27~111分之间,平均分得为(52.22±12.66)分,身高偏低者抑郁评分显著高于身高正常者。抑郁评分较高组自杀意念的检出率要明显高于抑郁评分低的组。抑郁的相关性分析表明,与抑郁相关的因素有:身高、睡眠质量、曾经醉酒次数、家庭经济情况。结论抑郁情绪在高中学生中较为常见,而抑郁情绪又常常引发自杀意念的产生,因而需要加强对学生抑郁情绪的排解,对有抑郁情绪的学生予以足够的关怀。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics and influencing factors of depression among rural high school students in a rural County, so as to provide a scientific basis for the government to develop early prevention and health promotion strategies. Methods With stratified,cluster and random sampling method, 872 students in a high school were selected in this survey. Adolescent health and behavior questionnaires were given to them, including the behaviour and attitudes, temper and mood, daily activities, health behavior, and so on. Results Depression scores in high school students were between 27 and 111, the mean score was (52.22± 12.66). Depression score was significantly higher in those who had low height than higher ones. Students with higher depression score were much easier to have a higher incidence of suicide ideation than those with low depression score. Muhivariate linear regression analysis indicated that height, drink and sleep quality were related to depression. Conclusions Depression is common among high school students and should be se- riously concerned. Comprehensive interventions should be carried out to improve their mental health.
