摘　　要：糖尿病及恶性肿瘤已成为严匝威胁人类健康的全球性重大公共卫生问题。大艇流行病学研究发现，糖尿病能够增加结直肠癌、胰腺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌和胃癌等肿瘤的发生风险。本文对糖尿病与恶性肿瘤之间的关系，以及可能的作用机制做初步探讨。Diabetes and malignant tumor has become a serious global major public health problem to hu- man. A large number of epidemiological studies have demonotrated that diabetes can increase the onset risk of colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer and stomach cancer. In this paper, we discussed the relationship between diabetes and malignant tumors, as well as the possible mechanisms.
