摘  要:为研究负载变化对驱动用异步电机损耗的影响,以一台Y2-250M-4、55 kW笼型异步电机为例,基于电磁场基本理论及假设条件,建立了场-路耦合的电机电磁场计算模型,采用时步有限元法对其进行电磁场计算。通过对电磁场计算结果的分析研究,明确了电机在额定工作条件下的电磁场特性及各类损耗的分布规律。进而对电机空载、半载、满载及1.1倍负载下的电机电磁场特性及损耗变化进行对比研究。结果表明:额定运行时,定子轭部在电机中铁耗最大,占总铁耗的48%,负载增加时,定子齿顶铁耗增加比例最大,增加了265.7%,本研究对电机的性能优化具有一定的参考价值。In order to research the effect load variation on the loss for driving asynchronous motor, a 55 kW driving asynchronous motor is taken as an example in this paper. On the base of electromag- netic field theory and hypothetic conditions, a motor electromagnetic field calculation model of field- circuit coupling was established and electromagnetic field was calculated by time-stepping finite ele- ments method. On the base of calculated results of electromagnetic field, electromagnetic properties and distributional rule of various loss when motor worked on rated condition was discovered. Further, motor electromagnetic properties and loss variation on no load condition, half load condition, rated load condition and 1.1 load condition were contrastively studied. The result shows that iron loss in yoke of stator core which accounts for 48% of the total calculated iron loss in the machine is maximum on rated condition, iron loss in tooth top of stator core which accounts for 265.7% increases at fastest speed with load increasing. The result is valuable to the performance optimization for electric machine.
