摘  要:根据某高磷鲕状赤铁矿磨矿分级产品中铁在各粒级中的分布差异,采用粗细分级-磁选工艺,分别进行弱磁-强磁选,获得了TFe品位为46.8%、TFe回收率为82%的磁选粗精矿。对粗精矿再磨进行一粗两精反浮选,获得精矿TFe品位为54.5%,TFe回收率为68.3%。Due to the difference existed in TFe grade among different size fractions of ground high-phosphorus oolitic hematite ore, the technique of classification-magnetic separation was adopted for the beneficiation of classified products, separately by low intensity magnetic separation and high intensity magnetic separation, yielding a rough concentrate with TFe grade of 46.8% at a recovery of 82% from magnetic separation. The rough concentrate, after being reground, was subjected to a reverse flotation process with one stage of roughing and two stages of cleaning, producing an iron concentrate with TFe grade of 54.5% at a recovery of 68.3%.
