摘 要:先用活性炭脱药,再采用先浮铜后浮锌的优先浮选工艺,从某钨锡多金属矿重选钨锡的粗精矿中回收铜锌。浮铜时采用石灰、硫酸锌和水玻璃作抑制剂,Dy和丁铵黑药作捕收剂,浮锌时采用硫酸铜作活化剂,石灰和水玻璃作抑制剂,丁黄药作捕收剂,在给矿铜锌品位分别为1.42%和2.78%时,获得铜精矿品位23.85%、回收率90.02%,锌精矿品位45.02、回收率85.18%的指标。Copper and zinc sulfide minerals were recovered from rough concentrate from W-Sn gravity separation of a polymetallic ore by adopting a flowsheet consisting of reagent removal with activated charcoal and Cu/Zn preferential flotation. Copper minerals were floated with lime, ZnSO4 and sodium silicate as depressants, Dy and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as collectors, while zinc minerals were floated with CuSO4 as activator, lime and sodium silicate as depressants, and butyl xanthate as the collector. With the rough concentrate graded 1.42% Cu and 2.78% Zn, respectively, a copper concentrate approaching 23.85%Cu grade at 90.02% recovery, and a zinc concentrate at 45.02% Zn at 85.18% recovery can be obtained.
