摘 要:为了探究表面活性剂对铜矿石的浸出影响,进行了酸浸摇瓶试验及柱浸试验。以含铜1.26%-1.27%的羊拉铜矿为原料,通过添加不同表面活性剂进行摇瓶实验,结果表明:在临界胶束浓度范围内,十二烷基硫酸钠在降低浸出液表面张力和提高浸出率方面效果较好。对比了有无十二烷基硫酸钠存在的铜矿石柱浸实验,结果表明:在浸出时间为27d时,加入十二烷基硫酸钠时铜浸出率达到了58.1%,不添加十二烷基硫酸钠时铜浸出率则只有50.8%。十二烷基硫酸钠的加入有效增大了矿柱渗透系数。The shake flask test and column leaching test were conducted for investigating the effect of surfactant on copper ore leaching. By taking Yangla Copper Ore with head assay of 1.26%- 1.27%Cu as ore sample, shake flask tests were performed by adding several different kinds of surfactants. Results show that sodium dodecyl sulfate can reduce the surface tension of leaching solution while increase the leaching rate within the critical micelle concentration. The column leaching tests on copper ore with and without sodium dodecyl sulfate were compared with each other. Results showed that after 27-day leaching test, leaching rate of copper has reached 58.1% by using sodium dodecyl sulfate, but only 50.8% without adding sodium dodeyl sulfate. It is concluded that addition of sodium dodecyl sulfate can effectively increases the permeability of pillar.
