摘  要:通过改变沥青加入量及使用不同添加剂制备了电极糊,并对电极糊的塑性(延伸率)及挥发分进行了测定。结果发现:电极糊的塑性(延伸率)与沥青含量有相关性;添加剂β、γ、δ均能提高电极糊的塑性,其中添加剂δ含量为1%的电极糊的延展率最好,达到5.18%;综合电极糊的性能考虑,添加剂含量以不超过2%为宜。The effect of coal tar pitch and additive type on electrode pastes prepared with different pitch dosage and the plasticity (specific elongation) and volatile component of different additives was studied. The results show that there exists correlation between specific elongation and pitch dosage, meanwhile, the plasticity of pastes can be improved with additive β, γ and δ, among which, the largest specific elongation, 5.18%, can be achieved using additive δ with the content of 1%. In addition, the additive dosage should be less than 2% in consideration of the comprehensive property of electrode pastes.
