摘 要:175g蒸汽爆破玉米秸秆在底物质量浓度100 g/L,纤维素酶用量20 FPIU/g(以纤维素计)、β-葡萄糖苷酶用量3 IU/g(以纤维素计)下酶解48 h,酶解得率为74.89%;酶解液经固液分离,上清液浓缩用于高糖浓清液发酵,葡萄糖利用率为99.56%,乙醇得率为理论得率的94.50%;474.3 g酶解渣经酿酒酵母于酵母用量为每克酶解渣2.0×106个/克、30℃下固态发酵24 h再变温至36℃发酵42 h,反应体系中乙醇质量为11.59 g。175 g蒸汽爆破玉米秸秆经低底物浓度水解、高浓清液发酵、酶解渣固态变温发酵过程获得36.49 g乙醇,乙醇转化率为0.209 g/g(以蒸汽爆破玉米秸秆计)。When the steam exploded corn stover was hydrolyzed by celhdase at substrate loading of 100 g/L and eellulase dosage of 20 FPIU/g-eellulose, /3-glueosidase dosage of 31U/g-cellulose for 48 h, the hydrolysis yield was 74.89 %. Following solid- liquid separation, a liquid fermentation of concentrated supernatant was performed, the glucose consumption yield and ethanol yield were 99.56 % and 94.50 % , respectively. Variable temperature fermentation of enzymatic hydrolysis residue was carried out at yeast loading of 2.0 x 106 efu/g enzymatic hydrolysis residue, applying 30 ℃ for the first 24 h and 36 ℃ for the next 42 h. It was found that 11.59 g ethanol was obtained from 474.3 g enzymatic hydrolysis residue. 175 g steam exploded corn stover was bio-refinied through the intergrated proeesses containing lower substrate hydrolysis, higher glucose concentration fermentation and variable temperature fermentation of enzymatic hydrolysis residue proeess. Finally, 36.49 g ethanol was obtained, and the pretreated corn stover-to-ethanol conversion yield was O. 209 g/g.
