经济政策后续报道跟踪监测功能的缺失及对策——以新“国五条”报道为例

摘　　要：从广义上来讲,对经济政策的解读贯穿于政策出台前、出台中、出台后。然而时下媒体更重视对经济政策的即时解读,常常忽略政策出台前的舆论造势,推动政策的出台以及政策实施后的跟踪监测。鉴于此,就政策出台后预警功能的缺失,以"国五条"后续报道为例,寻找解决经济政策解读预警功能缺失的对策。Broadly speaking, interpretation of economic policy goes through the whole process of policy introduction, policy promo- ting and policy implementation. However, nowadays, media pay more attention to the immediate interpretation of economic policies, of- ten ignoring public opinions before its introduction, during policy promoting and monitoring after its implementation. Therefore, based on the lack of early warning function, ＂Five Real Estate Policy＂ follow-up reports are taken for example to find out the to solve the early warning function loss of economic policy interpretation.
