儿童生存质量量表PedsQL^(TM)3.0患者满意度癌症模块中文版信度与效度分析

摘　　要：【目的】引进PedsQLTM3.0患者满意度癌症模块,形成中文版,通过现场调查,考核量表的信度与效度,探讨其在我国癌症儿童患者满意度测评中的适用性。【方法】采用国际通用的量表翻译引进程序,将英文版的PedsQLTM3.0患者满意度癌症模块改造成中文版,并将中文版量表应用于广州市5家三甲医院儿童血液/肿瘤科223名癌症患儿的家长,分析量表的可行性、信度与效度。【结果】共发放问卷223份,收回218份,有效问卷213份,条目总不适用率为4.3%,不适用情况主要发生在"情感需求"维度;量表各维度的Cronbachs'α系数介于0.87~0.95之间,均超过0.70,重测信度各维度组内相关系数均大于0.75;所有条目与所属维度高度相关(相关系数均大于0.8),而与其他维度的相关相对较弱;证实性因子分析结果得χ2/df=2.93,RMSEA=0.09,CFI=0.92。【结论】除结构效度因子分析结果欠理想外,PedsQLTM3.0患者满意度癌症模块中文版具有良好的可行性、信度和内容效度等计量心理学特征,可应用于中国文化背景下癌症住院儿童的患者满意度研究。[Objective] The present study was aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the PedsQLTM 3.0 Healthcare Satisfaction Hematology/Oncology Module. [ Methods ] The PedsQLTM Healthcare Satisfaction Generic Module was translated following the PedsQLTM Measurement Model Translation Methodology, and was further administrated to 223 parents of children with cancer from five Tipple A hospital. The psychometric properties were then evaluated. [Results] A total 218 of 223 questionnaires were completed, the response rate of the instrument was 97.8%. The inapplicability rate of total items was 4.3%. All subscales approached or exceeded the minimum reliability standard of 0.70 for alpha coefficient （ranging from 0.87 to 0.95）. Test- retest reliability was satisfied for intraclass correlation coefficient exceeded the recommended standard of 0.75 in all subscales. Correlation coefficients between items and their hypothesized subscales were higher than those with other subscales. The result of confirmatory factor analysis indicated the instrument had critical structural validity for unsatisfactory RMSEA. [Conclusions]Except for an critical structure validity, the Chinese version of the PedsQLTM3.0 Healthcare Satisfaction Hematotogy/Oncology Module is feasible, reliable and valid.
