摘 要:目的探讨3DDSA在颅内动脉瘤诊断和血管内介入治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 11例蛛网膜下腔出血患者(经CT证实),分别进行常规DSA与3DDSA造影,9例进行血管内介入治疗。结果常规DSA一般能显示存在动脉瘤病变,极少数能明确显示瘤颈和载瘤动脉的关系。3DDSA能清晰显示颅内动脉瘤瘤体,瘤颈及其与载瘤动脉的关系,显示动脉瘤结构的能力比常规DSA明显提高,提示血管内介入治疗的可行性,并指导制定治疗方案。结论 3DDSA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断和血管内介入治疗具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluatethe value of 3D DSA in the diagnosis and interventional treatment of intracranial aneu- rysms. Methods 11 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were performed conventional DSA and 3D DSA reconstruction, 9 patients were performed interventional treatment. Results Aneurysm lesions were shown in conventional DSA generally, aneurismal neck and connected artery were demonstracted clearly in some cases. 3D DSA were better than conventional DSA in the structure imaging, all the images reconstructed in 3D DSA clearly demonstracted aneurismal neck and connected artery, which can prompt interventional treatment feasibility and guide the formulation of treatment plan. Conclusion It is siginficantly valuable in clinical practice.
