摘　　要：目的探讨肉芽肿性乳腺炎的声像图特征。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对15例经病理证实的肉芽肿性乳腺炎的病灶进行观察。结果在病变区测及边界不清、形态不规整、内部不均质的病灶,15例病灶内均见血流信号。结论二维超声与彩色多普勒相结合,有助于对肉芽肿性乳腺炎的诊断及鉴别诊断。Objective To explore the sonographic characteristics of granulomatous mastitis （GM）. Methods The loci of 15 cases of GLM confirmed by pathology were observed by Color Doppler ultrasound. Results The loci, which showed ill-defined margin, irregularly shape, and nonhomgenous around the lesions, were detected and, also, the blood flow signals were observed in all cases of GM. Conclusion A combination of two-dimensional ultrasonography and Color Doppler is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of GM.
