摘　　要：目的探讨能谱CT能谱分析对判断透明细胞肾癌分化程度的价值。方法回顾性分析23例经手术病理或穿刺活检病理证实透明细胞肾癌的能谱参数,包括碘含量、标准碘浓度、能谱曲线斜率。所有病例分为两组:A组与B组。A组,即高分化组,包括核分级Ⅰ级及Ⅱ级;B组,即中低分化及未分化组,包括核分级Ⅲ级及Ⅳ级。其中A组13例,B组10例。结果两组之间皮质期及实质期的标准化碘浓度、皮质期与实质期碘含量、标准化碘浓度的差值之间的差异具有统计学意义;两组之间的各期碘含量及能谱曲线斜率的差异不具有统计学意义。结论宝石能谱CT能谱分析可初步判断透明细胞肾癌的分化程度。Objective To explore the value of spectral parameters with spectral CT in evaluating the ditterentlatlon oi clear cell renal cell carcinoma （CCRCC）. Methods Spectral parameters of 23 patients with CCRCC who underwent spectral CT scan were analyzed retrospectively, all cases were proved by pathological findings. Spectral Parameters contained iodine content, normalized iodine concentrations and the slope of spectral curve. The patients were divided into two groups： group A and group B. Group A meaned high differentiation group including 13 cases with grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ ; Group B contained 10 cases with grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Results The value and difference value of normalized iodine concentrations in cortical phase and nephrographic phase between two groups had statistical difference, while the difference value of iodine content and he slope of spectral curve from the monochromatic between two groups had no statistical difference. Conclusion The spectral parameters analysis of spectral CT can give preliminary evaluation of the differentiated degree of clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
