摘 要:以6个不同裂颖性状的水稻不育系为材料,研究各不育系的开花习性和裂颖性状的相关性.结果表明,水稻不育系的开颖角度、开闭时间和午前花率均与重裂颖率间存在极显著的正相关.通过逐步回归分析和通径系数分析得出,不育系的开花习性是造成不育系种子裂颖的主要因素(R2=0.97258),即随着开颖角度的增大、颖花开闭时间的增长和午前花率的提高,将导致不育系种子重裂颖率的增高.6 rice cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) lines with distinct characters of glume-gaping grains (CGG) were chosen as experimental materials to study the relationship between the flowering habits and the CGG of CMS lines. The results showed that the positive correlations between the three flowering habits (the spikelet opening angle, the spikelet opening duration and the morning flowering rate) and the percentage of heavy glume-gaping grain (HPGG) were significant at the level of 1%. The results by stepwise regression analysis and the path analysis suggested that the high CGG of CMS lines, particularly the HPGG were mainly impacted by the flowering habits (R^2=0.97258), that was as the spikelet opening angle, the spikelet opening duration and the morning flowering rate increasing, both the CGG and the HPGG raised.
