摘  要:选取15头产奶量、胎次、泌乳天数、体重基本一致的健康荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为3组:对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ分别在饲喂的精料中添加25、50 g·头-1·d-1菌草灵芝菌糟水提物,研究水提物对奶牛生产性能和血液生化指标的影响.结果表明:Ⅱ组的结果优于Ⅰ组,在试验第11-20、21-30天Ⅱ组奶牛的日产奶增量较CK有显著差异(P<0.05),分别提高17.78%、17.14%,产奶量增加效果明显;全期产奶量增加13.79%,与CK的差异不显著(P>0.05);菌草灵芝菌糟水提物对两个试验组的乳成分、部分血液生化指标无显著影响(P>0.05).可见,菌草灵芝菌糟水提物作为奶牛饲料添加剂具有一定的开发价值.According to single factor experiment design, a total of 15 healthy Holstein dairy cows with similar milk yield, parity, days in milk, weight were randomly divided into 3 groups, dairy cows in CK were fed the control basal dietary, and dairy cows in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ were fed basal dietary supplemented with 25, 50 g water extract per head per day respectively. The results showed that daily milk yield in group Ⅱ had significam difference at the second and third stage, which increased by 17.84% and 17.14% respectively, during the whole experiment it increased by 13.79% (P 〉0.05), the results in group Ⅱ were better than group Ⅰ ; milk composition and blood biochemical parameters had no significant effect in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ (P 〉0.05). Therefore, water extract of Juncao spent Ganoderma lucidum substrate as feed additive of dairy cows has a development value.
