摘　　要：目的探讨ELISA法测定幼儿血清芬太尼浓度的价值。方法用芬太尼试剂盒拟合标准曲线,测定其检测限、精密度、回收率和交叉反应率,并检测支气管异物取出术患儿手术过程中含芬太尼血清样本90份。结果芬太尼浓度在0.03-0.48μg/L时线性良好(r2=0.994),检测限为0.03μg/L,日内和日间相对标准偏差的均值分别为9.3%和12.7%,回收率为80.0%-115.3%,与麻醉常用药物的交叉反应率低。样本芬太尼血清浓度为(0.64±0.05)μg/L。结论 ELISA法测定血清芬太尼浓度简便、快速、费用少。Objective To investigate the value of ELISA in determination of serum fentanyl concentration in children. Methods A standard curve was established and the limit of detection, precision, recovery rate and cross-reaction rate were tested using fentanyl ELISA kits, by which serum fentanyl concentration was detected in 90 children undergoing fentanyl anesthesia for the extraction of bronchial foreign bodies. Results The linearity of the standard curve was preferable when the range of fentanyl concentration was 0. 03μg/L to 0. 48μg/L （r2=0. 994）. The limit of detection was 0.03μg/L. The mean intra- and inter-assay relative standard deviations were 9.3% and 12. 7%, respectively. The range of recovery rate was from 80. 0% to 115.3%. The cross-reaction rate between fentanyl antibody and other commonly used anesthetics was lower. Serum concentration of fentanyl in 90 children was （0. 64±0. 05） μg/L. Conclusion Determination of serum fentanyl concentration by ELSIA is convenient,rapid and cheap.
