摘 要:目的探讨椎板切除减压治疗黄韧带骨化型胸椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法采用椎板切除减压治疗16例胸椎黄韧带骨化症患者,日本骨科协会(JOA)评分评估术后神经功能恢复情况,Cobb法测量并比较手术节段的后凸角。结果与术前相比,术后JOA评分和手术节段的后凸角均增加[(5.0±1.4)分vs.(7.7±1.9)分和(5.8±4.1)度vs.(8.8±6.0)度](P<0.01)。结论椎板切除减压是治疗黄韧带骨化型胸椎管狭窄症安全、有效的手段。Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of decompressive laminectomy in the treatment of thoracic spinal stenosis caused by ossification of the ligamentum flavum(OLF). Methods A total of 16 patients with thoracic OLF was operated by decompressive laminectomy. The recovery of nerve function was evaluated by JOA score and the kyphosis angle of operation segments was measured by Cobb's method. Results Compared with preoperation, JOA score and kyphosis angle of operation segments were significantly increased at the final followTup[ (5.0±1.4) points vs. (7. 7± 1.9) pointsand (5.8±4. 1) degrees vs. (8.8±6.0) degrees](P〈0. 01). Conclusion Decompressive laminectomy is an effective and safe method in the treatment of thoracic spinal stenosis caused by OLF.
