摘　　要：针对海上平台和浮式生产储油装置上工艺设备中的油砂,充分利用Tore的运砂功能与Tore Scrub的洗砂功能,设计了一套集油砂的分离、输送、清洗等功能为一体的油砂综合处理工艺系统。现场应用结果表明,该系统能根据工程实际情况利用含油污水对油砂进行循环清洗,充分节约了海上有限的淡水资源;同时由于Tore与Tore Scrub没有运动机件与砂接触,整个除砂系统没有严重的腐蚀现象发生,除砂效果显著,具有结构紧凑、高效、节能和环保的特点。For the sediment in the disposal equip ment of platform and floating production storage offloading unit, we design a set of new integrat ed system to process oil sand. The desanding sys tem utilizes the transporting function of Tore and washing function of Tore Scrub, and can separate, transport and clean the oil sand. Field application results show that the system can use oily wastewater to clean oil sands circularly according to actual situation of the project, and save the lim ited fresh water resources at sea fully. Because Tore and Tore Scrub have no moving parts contac ting sand, the system has no serious corrosion oc curred and gives good desanding effect. The entire desanding system is compact, highly efficient, en ergysaving and environment friendly.
