摘　　要：记述采自内蒙古的花剑虻亚科厚胫剑虻属1新种,平滑厚胫剑虻Actorthia plana Liu,Wang et Yang,sp.nov.。研究标本分别保存在中国农业大学和中国农业科学院草原研究所。One species, Actorthiaplana Liu, Wang et Yang, sp. nov., from Inner Mongolia is described. This new species can be separated from A. kozlovi Zaitzev by the anterior edge of sternite 8 invaginated and dorsal apodeme of the aedeagus flat in lateral view. The specimens examined are deposited in China Agricultural University （ CAU）, Beijing and Institute of Grassland Research （IGR）, Hohhot.
