密蒙花茶联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗轻中度单纯型DR的临床初探

摘　　要：目的:观察密蒙花联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗轻、中度单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法:2型糖尿病并发轻、中度单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者80例160眼,在严格控制血糖及血压基础上随机分为A、B两组,A组使用口服密蒙花加用口服复方血栓通胶囊治疗,B组口服复方血栓通胶囊,分别在治疗前和治疗后7,42d后观察视力、眼底镜检查、眼底荧光血管造影、眼底照相及中医症候的变化。结果:两组比较患者性别、年龄、DM病程、视力、DR病情、病程及中医症候情况均无显著性差异(χ2性别=0.472,P>0.05;t年龄=1.742,t DM病程=0.716,t视力=0.662,t DR病情=1.276,t DR病程=0.562,t中医症候积分=0.616,P均>0.05)。平均随访42 d,A组眼底病变治疗有效率为56%,总有效率82%;B组显效率32%,总有效率66%,结果显示A组疗效优于B组,两组有效率比较有统计学意义(χ2=8.025,P<0.05)。A组中医证候显效率50%,总有效率80%;B组显效率24%,总有效率62%,结果显示A组中医证候优于B组,两组有效率比较有统计学意义(χ2=5.980,P<0.05)。结论:密蒙花联合复方血栓通胶囊可改善轻、中度单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变患者视力,眼底病变及中医证候,具有一定的临床意义。~ AIM： To observe the clinical effect of Buddleja officinalis and Xueshuangtong capsule treating the mild and moderate simple diabetic retinopathy （sDR）. ~ METHODS： Based on the strict control of blood glucose and blood pressure, eighty patients （160 eyes） with mild and moderate sDR were randomized into two groups equally： Buddleja officinalis （15g, tid） and Xueshuangtong capsule administered to group A andonly Xueshuangtong capsule administered to group B. They are taken before meals half an hour. The vision, funduscopy, FFA, fundus photography and traditional chinese medcine symptoms （~ TCMS~） were evalutated before and after treatment in 7d,42 d respectively. ~ RESULTS： There were no significant difference between two groups in terms of patients＇ gender, age, DM course, visual acuity, course of disease and TCM syndrome. （X 2sex ---- 0. 472, P〉0.05 ; tage = 1. 742, tDMcondition = 0. 716, tvi,ioo = 0. 662, tOR degree ＂~ 1. 276, tDR conditioo = 0. 562, t TCMS = 0. 616, P 〉 0. 05） ; Follow up for 42d on average after treatment the effective rate of fundus lesions of group A was 56% and the total effective rate was 82%, while the effective rate of group B was 32% and the total effective rate was 66%. The result showed that the curative effect of group A was better than that of group B. There were statistically significant difference for the effective rate between the two groups（x~ = 8. 025, P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of TCMS in group A was 50%, and total effective rate was 80%, while group B shows a 24% effective rate and 62% total effective ratet. The result showed that the curative effect of group A was significantly better than that of group B （X 2 = 5.980, P〈0. 05）. ~ CONCLUSION ~ Buddleja officinalis and Xueshuangtong capsule can improve the vision of patients with the mild and moderate sDR patients, the fundus lesions and the TCMS.
