摘　　要：文章对冶金设备制造项目组织结构进行了分析和改善,组织模式由职能式优化为矩阵式,矩阵组织结构加强了与职能部门的交流,项目经理对整个项目的成功负责,资源重复设置减少,项目组成员不再担心项目结束后的去向问题,加强了项目组与组织的关系,有利于项目的管理。This paper analyzed and improved the project structure of metallurgical equipment manufacturing, organization mode optimizes from function to matrix mode, matrix organization structure strengthened the communication with the functional departments, the project manager is responsible for the success of the entire project, duplication of resources is reduced, the project members no longer have to worry about going after the completion of the project, it strengthened the relationship of the project groups and organizations, is conducive to the project management.
