摘　　要：目前国内民用建筑楼板大多数按混凝土楼板进行设计,它具有结构薄、自重轻等优点,但由于混凝土楼板刚性强,减振效果差,隔绝撞击声性能差,楼板隔声达不到住宅建筑规范要求,故楼板隔声越来越受到社会的关注。通过采用隔声浮筑楼面施工技术,能为业主提供合格的防噪和降噪功能的现代化建筑,从而满足了业主对隔声的要求。At present, most domestic civil construction floor is designed to use concrete floor, which has thin structure and light weight. But due to the strong rigidity and poor vibration reduction effect and crash insulation of the concrete floor, the floor sound insulation cannot meet the residential building requirement. Therefore, floor sound insulation is getting more and more attention. By using sound insulation floating floor construction technology, qualified building with noise prevention an reduction function can be provided for the proprietor and meet the sound insulation requirement of the proprietor.
