摘　　要：合作式数字参考咨询服务在提供全天候、方便、快捷的数字参考咨询服务的同时,也引发了各种知识产权问题。作者分析了合作式数字参考咨询过程中存在于链接、信息网络传播、用户隐私、信息资源汇编以及咨询用户各个方面的知识产权风险,提出相应的规避和防范对策。Co-operative digital reference service can provide all-weather, efficient and convenient digital reference service to people, at the same time all kinds of intellectual property rights were started. Through analysis of the intellectual property problem which exists in links, information network dissemination, the user privacy, information resources assembly and consulting users on the cooperation of the digital reference service of process, this artide puts forward the corresponding avoidance and prevention countermeasures.
