摘　　要：选择典型案例,基于博弈的分析方法,探讨政府支持型农民用水合作组织模式的创新,并提出了对策,即①创新决策方式,改变"自上而下"的决策方式为"自下而上";②创新支持政策,搭建农民用水合作组织自我发展的平台;③创新服务内容,引导用水合作组织向自主管理型过渡。Selecting the typical case, the mode innovation of government supporting farmers water use cooperation organization was discussed based on game theory. Several countermeasures were put forward, including： innovating decision-making mode, changing the ＂top-down＂ ＂ bottom-up＂ decision ; innovating support policy, establishing self-development platform ; innovating service content, leading the water cooper- ation organization to self-management.
