藏药材吉子思保种子萌发试验研究

摘  要:[目的]探讨不同条件下藏药材吉子思保种子的萌发情况。[方法]选用吉子思保野生种和驯化种作为研究对象,比较研究野生种及驯化种种子的发芽率和发芽势,并考察不同处理方法的催芽作用。[结果]驯化后的吉子思保种子的饱满程度、发芽率优于野生种子。驯化吉子思保种子在15℃条件下发芽率最高,为77.67%;赤霉素液浸种对种子的催芽时间优于清水对照组;低温积层4个月对种子的催芽作用最优。[结论]采用驯化吉子思保种子,利用赤霉素液浸种,低温积层4个月,开展吉子思保种植有助于推动藏药产业化生产,满足市场对藏药的需求。[ Objective ] To discuss germination of Tibetan medicine Salvia przewalskii Maxim. seeds under different conditions. [ Method ] Se- lecting wild species and naturalized species of S. przewalskii as study object, the germination rate and germination potential were compared, the accelerating germination effect of different treatment methods were investigated. [ Result ] The satiation degree, germination rate of naturalized S. przewalskii seeds is superior than that of wild seeds. The germination rate of naturalized S. przewalskii seeds is the highest(77.67% ) at 15 ~C ; gibberellin liquid soaking is better than clear water; the accelerating germination effect of Storing for 4 month at low temperature is optimum. [ Conclusion] Adopting naturalized S. przewalskii seeds, soaking with gibberellin liquid, storing for 4 month at low temperature, planting of S. Drzewalskii is conductive to advance Tibetan medicine industrial production and satisfy market demands on Tibetan medicine.
