舒泰与犬眠宝复合麻醉猫的效果研究

摘　　要：[目的]为临床上猫的麻醉用药提供良好的理论依据。[方法]采用舒泰与犬眠宝复合麻醉6只家猫,并对麻醉效果进行了实时监测。[结果]0.05 ml/kg舒泰和0.05 ml/kg犬眠宝对猫进行复合麻醉,2.1 min后猫进入麻醉期,麻醉时间可维持118.5 min,给药后150 min猫全部苏醒。[结论]舒泰与犬眠宝复合麻醉猫效果显著,可适用于临床上猫的麻醉。[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide good theoretical basis for applying anesthetics on cats in the clinic. [ Method ] Six cats were anesthetized with Zoletil and QFM ,and the anesthetic effects were monitored. [ Result] Cats were anesthetized with 0.05 ml/kg Zoletil and O. 05 ml/kg QFM, and cats entered into the anesthesia period. The anesthesia time could be maintained for 118.5 rain and all the cats re- vived after drug application 150 min. [ Conclusion] Zoletil combined with QFM had significant anesthetic effects on cats,which was suitable for the anaesthesia of cats in the clinic.
