黄河三角洲“五位一体”特色产业集群发展对策研究

摘　　要：黄河三角洲资源丰富,发展迅速,但是存在产业雷同、集聚度不高、特色不鲜明、示范带动作用不强、高端管理人才匮乏、成果转化能力弱、各市发展不平衡等问题。作为转变发展方式重要突破口,特色产业集群在现阶段越来越受到重视。该研究从界定特色产业集群内涵入手,分析了黄河三角洲特色产业集群的问题与不足,从园区经济、园区政策、园区文化科技、园区管理、园区生态5个角度提出了"五位一体"的特色产业集群发展对策建议。Yellow River Delta is rich in resources and has developed rapidly, but there is such a similar industries, low concentration degree, no distinctive features, weak demonstration effect, weak achievements, uneven development of cities and lack of senior management talent. From the defining distinctive industrial clusters connotation of Yellow River Delta by analyzing problems and shortcomings of the distinctive in- dustrial clusters, it makes some recommendations from the park＇ s economy, policy, culture and technology, management and ecology.
