摘　　要：为进一步提升县域金融实力、发展县域经济,基于既往县域经济综合竞争力的研究,立足金融生态学和区域金融竞争力理论,以金融生态为研究对象,从竞争力角度尝试提出县域金融生态竞争力概念。基于静、动态,即现实和可持续发展2个角度,从省域层面构建县域金融生态竞争力评价指标体系,并以山东省为例进行实证研究,为后续的金融生态竞争力持续评价与全面分析及省际金融竞争力评析研究奠定理论基础。In order to enhance the strength of county finance, and further develop county economy, taking finance ecology as the research ob- ject, based on the research of county economic comprehensive competitiveness, the theory of finance ecology and regional finance competitive- ness, a new concept of finance ecology competitiveness was defined from the point of competitive. By means of dynamic-static analysis, the fi- nance ecology competitiveness evaluation indexes system in counties was constructed. With Shandong Province as example, empirical research was conducted, which will lay a theoretical basis for later research.
