摘　　要：炼油装置腐蚀调查是加强设备腐蚀管理的必要环节,通过对设备的腐蚀进行"体检",全面掌握装置的腐蚀状况;及时发现隐患,提出整改措施;评价防腐效果,改进防腐措施;建立设备腐蚀信息管理文件,便于全寿命过程管理。介绍了腐蚀调查的方法和要点,炼油装置腐蚀调查在国内的开展情况及所发现的共性问题,并对腐蚀调查与定期检验和RBI的关系、应重点进行腐蚀调查的装置进行了探讨。Corrosion investigation of oil refining units is necessary to strengthen the management of equipment corrosion.Through carrying out corrosion investigation,the corrosion conditions of the units can be fully grasped.The potential corrosion risks can be detected timely,following by improvement action setup.We can evaluate the corrosion protection effects through corrosion investigation,and then improving anti-corrosion measurements.The equipment corrosion information management files can also be made and which facilitates the whole life management.The corrosion investigation development of oil refining units in China and common problems found from which had been introduced in this paper.Several issues about corrosion investigation were discussed,such as its relationships with pressure vessels periodical inspection and RBI,what units should be focused on,et al.
