摘 要:为研究应变强化对奥氏体不锈钢拉伸力学性能的影响,从而为应变强化深冷容器的设计提供一定的数据支撑。以奥氏体不锈钢S30408为研究对象,采用不同的试样加工方法,对不同预拉伸程度的试样,进行常温下恒定速率的拉伸试验。研究表明:把板材先加工成试样,再进行预拉伸处理,然后拉断,材料的抗拉强度基本不变,且预拉伸程度越高,材料的屈服强度越高,断后伸长率和截面收缩率越低;把板材先进行预拉伸处理,再加工成试样,然后拉断,试样的抗拉强度和未预拉伸时的抗拉强度成正比。To investigate the influence of pre-loading on mechanical behavior of austenitic stainless steel during tensile experiment,then it is important to provide data for the design of cold stretched austenitic stainless steel.S30408 austenitic stainless steels which were under different pre-loadings and different processing methods for research were conducted at room temperature at certain strain rates.Results show that the tensile strength of specimen which are made from plate,then tension specimen to a specific strain,is nearly unchanged.Along with the increasing pre-loadings,yield strength increases and the plastic of material reduces.However,the tensile strength of specimen which are made from plate with pre loading is proportional to the original without pre-loading.
